Interview with Animator
The design of the Cool JAPAN blog has changed considerably.
This design is drawn by Mr.Hamada. He belongs to animation club “PAN” in Digital Hollywood University.
It interviewed it!
●Animation club “PAN” Director Mr.Hamada
Hamada: At first, I begin to drew an adult women but it was said not“KAWAII”.So I draws girl again.
Iida: Japanese character is apt to be young.
Hamada: Hayao Miyazaki is used to drew this type character.
Iida: Mr. Miyazaki like young character?
Hamada: it possible to think people can easily sympathize.
But, it is difficult to draw realistic girl and boy.
Iida: In the point of view drawing it can’t recognize boy or girl.
Hamada: Yes, It often differentiates personally by the length of the hair. Because it likes long child.^^
●About Digital Hollywood University
Iida: What is details that entered a digital Hollywood university?
Hamada: Originally, decide to enter the art university but I think I cannot want to do there. So I went to digital Hollywood universities which are a lot of people who change as much as the art university.
Iida: What do you think of the animation course. You are the student who attending the animation course first at the university.
Hamada: The class has a general drawing maneuver and the digital drawing maneuver.

Hamada; my university is putting power in work by the digital environment. Additionally, in foreign company, only the person who can draw with tablet can be employed.
Iida: as an example of the animator of Japan, Shinkaimakoto【新海誠】is drawing with the pentabullet.
Hamda: There are the animation's seen with Youtube etc. a lot of use and drawing the pentabullet.
Iida: Is this technology often used between individual animator?
Hamada: Yes. I personally like digital drawing and drawing by the analogue.
Iida: It often learns variou

Iida：What activity is animation production circle PAN ？
Hamada: Original work is produced with the illustration and animation.
Iida: How did PAN start?
Hamada: Originally, it started trying to make the project that I had had with other students.
Iida: What is the schedule for the future?
Hamada: I want to make it happily with the member. Animation can't be not easily completed only by individual power. I think that a good animation is attractive because many desires enter. Therefore, I want to make various works with the member of PAN.
When the student graduates from a digital Hollywood university, they lead the Japanese Animation to a bright direction. It is glad.
